pricing - all prices are listed in u.s. dollars and are subject to change without notice. applicable sales tax and delivery fees will be added at checkout when required.
payment - payment is required before orders are fulfilled unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. for weddingsand events, a signed proposal or contract and a nonrefunable retainer may be required to reserve your date.
cancellations and refunds - because flowers are perishable and many orders are custom designed, all sales are final.
if you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery so we can make it right whenever possible.
wedding and event cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in your individual floral contract.
pickup and delivery - customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and delivery information. once an order has been picked up or successfully delivered, blumejoy is not responsible for damage caused by weather, improper care, or delays beyond our control.
delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
flower care - flowers are living products, and their lifespan will vary depending on the varieties used and how they are cared for. care instructions are provided whenever possible to help you enjoy your flowers for as long as possible.
intellectual property - all photographs, designs, logos, text, and content on this website are the property of blumejoy and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
website use - you agree not to misuse this website or attempt to interfere with its operation or security.
